QUALITY ASSURANCE CONTROL

All tools manufactured by JOMA Diamond Tool undergo a rigorous and ongoing inspection procedure utilizing electronic, mechanical and optical measuring systems. The process begins when the proper diamond is chosen for each tool based on application. It continues with the manufacture of the tool according to strict quidelines to print or standards maintaining precise tolerances.

Net 30 days to credit approved customers. FOB East Longmeadow, MA. All catalog prices are subject to change without notice based on diamond market conditions. Returned merchandise is subject to a restocking charge. Merchandise that has been used or damaged cannot be accepted. Cancellation of purchase orders may result in a cancellation charge. Special order tools cannot be returned. Blanket orders issued to obtain maximum price breaks will be accepted under the following conditions: All blanket orders will be shipped and billed as released. all blanket orders must be in writing and must guarantee complete shipment order. All blanket orders must be completed within one year from date of order.
